DRIVER’S AGE: In accordance with the Greek legislation, the minimum age limit
to rent a car in Greece is set at 21 years.
DRIVING LICENSE: Under Greek Law, a valid driving license held for at least one
year is required from the driver. The license can be Greek, European (for the EU
countries) or International (for countries outside the EU).
PAYMENT METHOD: Our company accepts (for non-prepaid reservations)
payment by money or by the following credit cards………………………….
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND FINES: All fines resulting from the drivers
conduct are borne solely by the customer/renter
INSURANCE: All drivers of our company’s cars have a liability insurance to third
party death, injury and property. The said coverage is subject to General Terms of our
company’s insurance contract with its insurer.
GAS POLICY: The customer/renter is required to deliver the car with the same
amount of gas existed in the tank at the time/date of receipt. The gas quantity will be
checked (both by the company and the customer) and written down in the contract at
the time of receipt of the car by the customer, so that the compliance check can be
easily done at the time of its delivery.
BABY SEATS: Available upon request free of charge.
CHANGES OF CAR MODEL TYPES: Our company reserves the right to provide
a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.
FERRY TRANSPORTATION AWAY FROM THE ISLAND: Allowed only
following a prior written notification and approval of our company. Otherwise, the renter shall be liable for all damages that may have been caused for any reason to the
renter car during its transfer, regardless of any coverage and liability restrictions
accepted and paid at the beginning of the rental.
ROAD ASSISTANCE: Provided cost-free by our company on a 24-hours basis,
following a relevant notification by the customer.
TAXES: All rates and charges on this page or our brochures are subject to V.A.T.
